Your ankles, legs, arms, or face swell throughout the day, but no one has explained why.
You had cancer treatments, faithfully use your pump and compression garments, and still struggle with swelling, tightness, or heaviness months—or even years—later.
Your neck and shoulders always feel tight. You may deal with frequent headaches, congested sinuses, or that frustrating "foggy head" feeling.
You're doing everything you've been told to do, but you still feel like something is missing.
You know your lymphatic system is important, but you're not sure what you can actually do to support it.
You're looking for practical things you can do at home—not just another appointment.
As someone who experienced multiple head injuries in my younger years—including repeated whiplash and a skull fracture—I spent years dealing with migraines, chronic muscle tension, sinus congestion, and difficulty concentrating.
Eventually, I realized these weren't separate problems. The consistently tight muscles throughout my upper body were restricting the natural movement of my lymphatic system.

With over 30 years of experience in teaching, massage therapy, and Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD), I began experimenting with techniques on myself that addressed both muscle tension and lymph flow. The changes I experienced were so encouraging that I started introducing these techniques to my clients.
Many of my clients came to know me as the therapist who would begin a session with a smile and ask, "Can we try something new today and you tell me what you think?"
Together, we discovered simple techniques they could continue at home, allowing the benefits to extend far beyond their time in my office. As more clients asked how they could better support their own lymphatic system between appointments, I realized they didn't just need treatments—they needed education.
That's how Lymph Coaching was born.
Today, as a Wellness Coach and Bioenergetic Practitioner, I'm transitioning from hands-on treatment to teaching women how to better understand and support their own bodies through online education and coaching.
My programs focus on helping women understand why muscles become chronically tight, how that affects lymph flow, and what they can do each day to encourage healthier movement throughout the body.
Programs are organized around the major regions of the lymphatic system:
Head & Neck
Arm, Chest & Upper Back
Lower Abdomen & Legs
These programs are designed especially for women who have developed swelling after cancer treatment, as well as women experiencing persistent swelling, heaviness, or lymph congestion without knowing the underlying cause.
I don't believe your body is working against you. I believe it's trying to tell you something. Together, we'll learn how to listen.
My goal is to help you understand what your body is trying to communicate—and give you practical, easy-to-use techniques that fit naturally into everyday life.
As you learn to reduce muscle tension and encourage healthy lymph movement, you'll be supporting not only your lymphatic system, but the health and function of your entire body.
These programs are designed to complement the care you receive from your healthcare team and support the work you may already be doing with your PT, lymphedema specialist, or massage therapist.
If you'd like to be notified when new programs become available, I'd love to have you join my email list below or connect with me on Facebook.
I look forward to helping you reclaim your body—one step at a time.
